Cabbage Salad

6 cup of shredded cabbage 

Chopped green onion and cilantro

 

Dressing

1 Tbl mustard

2 Tbl fruit only jam ( Mango or Lilikoi)

1/2c nonfat plain yogurt

1-2Tbl Apple cider vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients and check forbalance.  Makes 6 x 1 cup servings.
